簡素 · kanso — simplicity, by leaving things out

Tame the chaos. Find your calm.

A busy mind holds too much. kansodays is where you set it down: choose what matters, write it on the day you’ll do it, and let the rest go. Like pen on paper — the chaos in your head becomes a clear, calm week.

Every feature, from day one. No card needed — then $5/month if you love it.

The kanso way

Write it down. Clear your mind.

Kanso is simplicity — keeping only what matters. In kansodays it starts with one small act: choosing your focus and writing it down. Once it’s on the page, it’s off your mind.

Put it on paper

Get it out of your head and onto the page. One line is enough — a lined page for every day, like a paper planner.

Choose your focus

Decide what each day is for. Everything else waits quietly on a someday list until its time comes.

Free your mind

With it all written down, there’s nothing left to juggle. Your head is clear for the work — and the life — in front of you.

Everything in its place

Plan the week. Not your planner.

No projects to configure, no boards to maintain. Type what you need to do on the day you’ll do it — kansodays takes care of the rest.

A page for every day

Week, day and month views on lined paper. Drag tasks between days, or straight onto a list.

Someday lists

Ideas, groceries, gift lists — everything without a date lives next to your week, one drag away.

Repeats that make sense

Daily, weekdays, every other week, monthly or yearly. Skip or move one without breaking the rest.

Timed tasks sort themselves

Give a task a time and it slots into order. Unfinished work rolls over to today automatically.

Details when you need them

Notes, subtasks, colours, attachments and reminders — tucked inside each task, out of the way.

Undo anything

Deleted the wrong thing? Moved a whole day by accident? Every change can be undone — and redone.

Quick add

Just type it the way you’d say it.

Press ⌘ K from anywhere and write naturally. kansodays understands the day, the time, how often it repeats and when to remind you.

Questions

Good to know

What do I get in the free month?

Everything — sync, sharing, reminders, time tracking, the lot. No card is needed to start. After 30 days you can keep going for $5/month; if kansodays isn’t for you, export your data and walk away.

Which devices does it work on?

Anything with a modern browser: iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows and Linux. Add it to your home screen or dock and it opens like a native app, with its own icon.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Everything you do is saved on your device first, so kansodays keeps working on a plane or a patchy train connection, and syncs as soon as you’re back online.

How does sharing work?

Send an invite link for any calendar. Everyone who joins can add and edit tasks, and changes show up for the others in real time. You can remove people or reset the link whenever you like.

Is my data private?

Your calendars are visible only to you and the people you invite — access is enforced by the database itself, not just the app. You can export a complete backup at any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. It’s a simple monthly plan with no contract — cancel whenever you want, and export your data first.

Less chaos. More calm days.

Write down this week’s focus in a couple of minutes — and feel the chaos settle. Free for 30 days, then $5/month.
